Personality:
Logan is very outspoken, and more social of the two. Likes to control a given situation. Dry sense of humour. He is also loyal to those he trusts. Does let paranoia get the best of him at times. Well mannered but can get agressive when infuriated.
Special Abilities:
Logan Is very persuasive and manipulative(mind control). Can easily get what he wants out of you.
History: Amelia and Logan have lived in Gotham all their lives. Logan and Amelia have a connection between the two of them that is thicker than the blood they already share. Since they were little, Logan was very protective over Amelia, even going as far as using manipulation to keep her happy.
Their father, a very wealthy businessmen(with ties to the mob), was very controlling over his family, and took out his aggression on his wife.
Logan was busy trying to please his father by working for the mob. dropped out of high school. He held in Their mother was killed because the dad(set a hit out on her). Once the mother was out of the way, Amelia became his new target. By this time, she was out of high school, their home was her prison. Her father took control over her life, and eventually, he abused her too. After being severely injured in one altercation, it ignited her telekinetic abilities. (Logan had his powers from a young age. Has always used them)
The siblings knew something was up, and used brutal tactics(their abilities + all that held in anger) to find out who was behind it. It wasn't long before they killed their father. Unfortunately, they were caught, and sentenced to life in Arkham. They are considered to be very dangerous.
