Appearance: Sybaritic in appearance, she is blonde, slender and fair skinned. She is punished with pretty little face with one bedeviled imperfection; a glass eye accompanied with a distinct scar running from the middle of her forefead to the top of her cheek. Due to this, Peyton favors the left side of her face, parting her hair in such a way to suppress the memorandum of her failed mob hit.
Personality: She is diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder making her quite the wild card. Some days she's ruthless, passionate and fiercely loyal to her beau Scarface. Other times, her true ego is seen shining through. She is remorseful, vulnerable, and as her ex Tommy Elliot (Hush) put it "sweet but too needy". She is a prisoner to her diagnosis and is convinced the unearthly wooden dummy loves her.

History: As daughter of organized crime boss, the late Sean Riley, it was hard for Peyton to be taken seriously in any social circles. Afterall being a "Mafia Princess" isn't exactly a title one should respect. She's always found it rather hard to impress anyone even by her own father. He arranged a marriage between her and the Italian Mob's heir Johnny Sabatino in an attempt to unite the crime families of Gotham.
In her late 20's Peyton found herself trapped in a loveless abusive relationship in the failed dreams of her father. Her husband did not hold up his end of the deal in unity between the families and war still wagered on in the Gotham Underground. Sabatino was not happy with the hand dealt to him and arranged a hit to be put out on Peyton and her father in a fit of frustration and anger. Soon after her husband's orders, Peyton was kidnapped, and brought to an room in a supposedly abandoned tenant building where he was anticipating her arrival. There she was betrayed by Sabatino and shot; he left her for dead. Her father was iced in a church in a nearby neighborhood.
Odds against her, she miraculously regained consciousness and found herself in the cusp of death. Still bleeding from the gun shot wounds, she manages to gather up the ambition to attempt to drag herself from the crime scene. She was then stopped by the man that would change her life forever. He would bring her the stability and respect she's craved all along. His name was Scarface, her little wooden savoir.
