((Set the evening of 'Well, This is Interesting' and night after 'Donation' )) Olivia had once again come home to an empty apartment. She locked the door behind her and sat down on the couch, staring blankly at the wall. She felt horribly lost and confused. She'd made a trip down to the police station after leaving Arkham but they had been less than useless. Apparently if there was even a chance someone was involved in the mob, the police wouldn't bother with them. So here she was, home alone with no way to find Charlie. Inspiration struck like a lightning bolt. Olivia grabbed the phone and dialed Harvey Dent's number. Please answer...

Harvey looked up from the spreadsheet he'd been working on and reached out to pick up the phone. He glanced at the screen to see who was calling - Olivia. He lifted the phone to his ear with a wide smile.
"Hello, beautiful. Trying to save me from working on my accounts? If so, you're my hero."

Olivia blinked, feeling a wave of irritation hit her at the lightness in his tone. Take it easy, Olive, he doesn't know about Charlie. No need to rip his head off. She took a deep breath to steel herself.
"Harvey, I need your help. Charlie still hasn't come home. It's been over two days now..." She trailed off, feeling stupid. What if I'm blowing this whole thing out of proportion?

Harvey leaned forwards, his smile dropping instantly. "What, you haven't heard from him at all? From what you told me about him, that doesn't sound right."
It was Harvey's experience that anybody missing in Gotham for over 48 hours was likely to be found in pieces, if they were found at all. His expression became grim.
"Where are you? I'm at home. Get in a cab and come here, or I'll send the car. Whatever's quickest."

Olivia thought for a moment about arguing, but changed her mind. "I'll grab a cab. Thanks, Harvey."
She hung up and quickly dialed for a cab. Grabbing her purse (making sure it contained her container of pepper spray and concealable knife), she exited her apartment, locking the door behind her.
The cab didn't take long to arrive in front of her building, and the drive to Harvey's apartment was uneventful. Paying the cabbie and thanking him, she entered the building and found her way to where he lived. Hoping he wouldn't mind her frantic worrying, she knocked on the door.

Harvey looked up sharply at the knock on his apartment door. He strode forwards and opened the door, gazing at Olivia with quiet concern in his good eye. He stepped back to let her in.
He reached out and took her lightly by the shoulders. "Are you ok?"

"I'm fine." Olivia said weakly, stepping inside. "Thanks for letting me come over, I really appreciate it." She rubbed her face tiredly. "The police are useless, Harvey! They basically told me I was better off without my 'good for nothing mob brother'. How could they say something like that?"
She hugged her arms to herself, staring at the floor. "I don't mean to unload on you like this but...I thought you might be able to help. You know people."

Harvey's eyes narrowed. "Useless - I can't argue with that. They actually told you that?"
He nodded shortly. "I know people. Better than that, I am people."
He closed the apartment door and slipped an arm around her shoulders, walking them through a hallway tiled in black and white to a large, airy living room. He sat down on at one end of a plush, comfortable sofa, drawing her with him.
"How can I help?" His voice was soft. "But Olivia... if he really is with the mob then I need to know."

Olivia allowed herself to be led through the hallway as she looked around. Harvey's place was nice. He had obviously put a lot of time and money into getting the place to how he liked it.
As they sat on the couch, she sighed heavily. "I don't know." She replied, miserably. "If he is then he's never told me. Not that he would, of course. He's always been very protective of that sort of thing. His hours are just strange. He's a dock worker, by the way...I'm worried he got caught up in something when he started working." She shrugged and glanced at him, feeling somewhat glad he had sat her by his good side. The scarred side of his face still unnerved her somewhat.
"I just don't know what to do, Harvey. Its like everything is coming apart at once, you know?"

Harvey exhaled deeply. "Well, it is possible he's just been working late, or out with his friends... but the docks aren't a place for just anyone to be around late at night. And I have to tell you, it doesn't sound good. But I promise you - " he took both her hands in his. "I will do anything I can to help you find him."
He nodded, his eyes bleak. "Yes, I do know that feeling."
Harvey straightened up. " So tell me everything you can... where he works, who his friends are... who his enemies are. Or might be."

Olivia furrowed her eyebrows as she wracked her memory for any useful information. "He works out at Dixon Dock which I'm sure you're familiar with. As for his friends..." She shrugged. "I'm not really sure exact names other than some guy named Daniel, which is kind of useless information."
She hesitated and shot Harvey a nervous look before continuing. "He doesn't really talk about enemies much. He did mention that uh...Some guys had been starting to hang around. The Chechen's guys...Hasn't mentioned it recently though."

He nodded, "Yes, I know Dixon. I don't have many dealings in that area... that's Vor Y Zakone territory. Russian Mafia."
Harvey looked into middle distance for a moment. "I'll make some enquiries. Bang some heads together." He looked back at Olivia, his hands tightening slightly on hers. "I know it doesn't look good. But I'll do what I can."
His eyes passed over Olivia's face. "You look exhausted..."

"I appreciate it." She said with a tired smile. "You're entirely too nice to me, by the way. I'm not really sure what I've done to deserve it."
At his comment of her looking exhausted, she chuckled. "Leaving random briefcases of money on people's desks will tire you out a bit." Leaning her head back on the couch, she went on, "Crane won't cancel the fundraiser, by the way. I spoke with Dr. Quinzel and she told me that he apparently didn't care at all about any of your threats...Threatening people isn't very nice, you know. You should apologize and not kill her." She turned her head to show him the small smile that was gracing her lips, hoping that would be enough to keep him from getting irritated with her.

"Well, you're very easy to be nice to." He tucked a strand of loose hair behind her ear and smiled in return.
Harvey's eyebrow raised "Oh. Sorry. I didn't think of that... I'm obviously too used to being sneaky about these things."
His head turned sharply towards her. "I didn't threaten her," he snapped. "When does she say I threatened her? Granted, my language may have been a little... forceful.... but that doesn't equate to a threat. Believe me, she'd know about it if it was."
He took a deep breath. "Sorry. I didn't mean to get angry. And it's not your fault." He looked away, his expression still dark.

Olivia raised her eyebrows at his reaction. "Harvey, I'm merely going off of what I heard, and she at least felt threatened. She's a good woman, I hope you don't hold her alliances against her."
She hesitated before reaching out and touching his knee gently. "Please don't be upset with me. I really didn't mean to offend you or anything. Let's just...scratch that bit of the conversation, okay?"
