Appearance: Scarlett stands at about five foot four, with very dark brown hair, often mistaken for black. She wears highly fashionable clothing, often expensive, though most of her expensive clothing was on the 'five finger discount'.
Personality: Scarlett is almost always bubbly, when you catch her in a good mood, however that bubbly in is a sort of crazy way. When she is in a bad mood, her persona becomes dark, and it is in anyone's best interest to not be on the other end of that bad mood.
Special Abilities: Scarlett was a gymnast for all four years of her high school career in Los Angeles, and therefore is very nimble, quick, lithe, and dexterous. She's wonderful at avoiding laser lights often used for security, and knows all the pressure points on the body.
History: Scarlett grew up in Los Angeles, California, getting the best any high class girl could have. Perhaps the deterioration of her life is what brought her so far down. Her parents often fought, and by the time she was a graduating senior at the high school she attended, her father had killed her mother then killed himself. Scarlett did not stick around for the funeral, but moved to Gotham City and began a new life for herself, attending a college and throwing herself into her studies. However, the lack of human interaction outside of classes, the thoughts plaguing her about her parents and her mind playing games with itself, she began to go a little crazy. By her second semester she had been seeing a psychiatrist for hallucinations, by her third she'd dropped out and had already been in Arkham and escaped.
A cat burglar at best, Scarlett loves to steal anything expensive. Jewelry, clothes, cars--she wants it all. However, she has recently begun to terrorize citizens of Gotham City with the heightened crime rate, and committed her first murder a mere few months ago. Still on the run from the Asylum, she nimbly avoids capture almost every time, but knows somewhere deep down that sooner or later, they will find her as she goes about her daily life.
