Appearance: Adam has short dark brown hair and green eyes. He has a look that screams “loner”. He is rather short for a man of his age, being 5’7”. He has many scars on his arms and back from his fights. Two of his scars are on his forehead and cheek, which was the result of his abusive father. He weighs about 210 lbs but is very thin. When his split personality, Jason, comes around, his eyes turn to a dark green. He wears whatever is comfortable for him.
Personality: Adam considers himself a loner. He’s very quiet and doesn’t unless he’s spoken to first. He is haunted be his actions and tends to drift off to a little purgatory in his head. He can be friendly when the occasion calls for it but his quiet nature has caused him to not have many friends, if any. Jason, on the other hand, is completely different. He has a sadistic sense of humor. He is aggressive and it’s very easy to piss him off. He had a seductive, bad boy way about him that makes women fall head over heels for him. He is cocky and sarcastic. Adam often has to fight Jason for control of his own body. He personality can change at any time, making him rather unsafe. His split personality often causes him to black out and have memory loss. When Adam is alone, he often sees Jason. This doesn’t help make him sane, since no one else can ever see Jason unless he’s in Adam’s physical body.
Special Abilities: Adam is very strong, stronger than most people are. He excels in unarmed combat, especially as Jason. His fighting style is often fast-paced and wild, while other times he is concentrated and precise.
History: Adam was born into a middle-class family. His mother was a drug addict and his father was an abusive, raging alcoholic. He had an older brother who would constantly make fun of him and bully him. The only time he ever felt okay was when he ran away from home. In school, he dealt with much of the same treatment he dealt with at home. One day, when he was getting beaten up by another kid, was the day when Jason appeared. Adam was 10. As Jason, he fought back against the kid, who ran off with a broken nose.
The abuse, both at home and at school, got worse as he grew older. When he was 13, his father threw a beer bottle at him, giving him a scar on his forehead. Kids in his high school called him “crazy” and “insane” but they didn’t even have a clue. They had no idea how crazy he became as Jason. He had grown used to being alone and unloved. He had committed his first crime at 18. His rage with his family grew to a new height one night when he turned into Jason. He massacred his entire family with a kitchen knife and then everything went black. The next morning, he woke up with blood covering him and with the bloody knife in his hand.
He was horrified at what he had done. He ran out of his home and tossed the knife into the garbage. He ran into an abandoned alleyway, feeling so scared. Jason appeared before and told him what they had done and Adam couldn’t believe it. That’s when Jason took over again. He walked back into the apartment and hacked the bodies into pieces, deciding not to tell Adam. When it was dark, he stole some clothes from a nearby store and threw out his old, bloody ones. When Adam awoke the next morning, he found himself in new clothes and in a hotel room. He got a paper and was shocked by a headline on the first page. A local family had been brutally murdered with several of their limbs cut off. It was at that moment that he knew he had to go on the run. But the murders didn’t stop there.
Jason had killed many more people, cutting off at least one of their limbs. That earned Adam the name “Jigsaw” which was given to him by the local papers. He knew he had to do something or a lot more people would end up dead. He didn’t want any more blood on his hands. Just a few months ago, he began to rob some people. That’s when Dark Raven entered the picture and he was in awe. He forgot all about the people he was trying to rob, growing a slight crush on the girl. But it was short-lived as Jason tried to get control. He managed to keep control as he yelled at her to knock him out.
She did so and handed him over to the police. When he awoke the next morning, he was instantly questioned. He told him that he was Jigsaw and they immediately arrested him. Instead of being kept in jail, they sent him to Arkham Asylum after he, as Jason, brutally beat a few cops. He has remained there, thinking and dreaming about the girl who helped him.
