Full Name: The Patient has not given a definitive answer to the question, and prints bring up no matches. Possible names: Jack Napier, Jack White and Joseph Kerr

Hometown: Again, patient has given several different responses, however it seems most likely that he has spent a large amount of time in Gotham City
Appearance: Joker stands 6’1” and is slightly underweight for his height. His hair is naturally a dirty blonde and slightly curly, but is currently a light shade of green. The most striking features of the patient are his scars. He has a crude Chelsea Smile that was obviously not allowed to heal completely before the stitches were removed. The Patient also has a small wishbone shaped scar below his lower lip.
When given the opportunity, Joker will paint his face in a gross approximation of a clown.
Personality: The best way the evaluation team can describe Joker’s personality is psychopathic. He has zero empathy, zero remorse is a pathological liar, and apparently has the inability to think of the consequences of his actions (Or chooses to simply ignore them).
Special Abilities: From what the evaluation team has gathered, the Joker is a master manipulator. He has a keen ability to figure out exactly what will make a person upset and pour as much salt as possible into the wound.
He’s also good with knives...
History: Attempting to draw a history out of Joker made building a rocket ship out of pulled teeth seem like a fun and simple experience. He gave at least four different accounts of how he received his scars, all of which seem unrelated.
Our best theory on Joker’s history is that he grew up in a low class, possibly abusive family. We believe that he was an only child and was often left to his own devices. Whether or not Joker ever went to school past middle is still unknown.
The scars were possibly caused by a run in with the mob, but they could also be from an abusive father or even himself.
