History: Born on October 30, 1992, Hallows eve, in the city called Buldhaven, Lenore was the born to Jean and Christopher Atwood. Unfortunately she looks nothing like her father who has blonde hair blue eyes. Jean had an affair with another man, Daniel, who Lenore doesn’t know. Daniel was a friend of Jean and wanted her for himself; she was going to leave Chris but take her baby. Unfortunately, he died on Halloween just after Lenore’s 1st Birthday. It wasn’t until she hit 5 years old, when her father started being controlling. She was taught not speak until spoke too and to be seen not heard. He would never abuse her mother but warn her. Jean was careful not to make her husband upset.
Starting school was fairly easy for the Atwoods. Lenore was a fast learner and enjoyed school. When she started 1st grade she was insisted to being in 3rd grade. Chris saw potential for his daughter and agreed for her to be in a higher grade. Although she was a genius, she had her demons to deal with. She always found herself fighting with the other students. They teased her for being abnormally smart and distant towards them. A counselor diagnoses her to be ‘Emotionally Disturbed.’ By the time she reached the 4th grade the Deans and principal finally expelled her from school, her parents were furious. They decided to put Lenore into a computerized home school program. She quickly learned without her parents help since they both work to pay for everything.
Lenore excelled in home school. She started to mess around with the computers. It was her only friend at the time. She became a hacker on the computer, her name was Ghost. Suddenly, neighbors moved in with a girl around the age of 12, which was the age of Lenore. She slowly was able to make friends who lived next door named Hailey. At the time Jean finally had enough from Chris and was threatening to leave. Both parents didn’t really seem have time for Lenore. Chris made friends with Hailey’s father and they started going out and drinking. Jean had enough of finding her husband drunk so she left them. Lenore helps her father through his problems even though he doesn’t want it. She lead a double life as both Lenore and Ghost for a couple of years. Finding herself in areas that she didn’t know, she would struggle through it, alone. Chris learned that something was going on with his only daughter. He took her to martial art classes, only to find out that Lenore wouldn’t learn to fight, even if it was only to defend herself from others.
Lenore and Hailey were out playing one day at the park when a man came up to them. Watching his body language she knew that he was about do something that harms her. He held a knife in his hand and started attacking them. He wanted her but when she tried to defend herself, he decided to kill her friend. He took off leaving Lenore with her only friend who was dying. In shock she took the weapon out of her friend and was about to toss it, when a police officer snatched her wrist. She instantly dropped the weapon to the ground. The cop arrested her at the age of 14. Chris was indeed upset with his daughter but when talking to her, he listen to saying that she didn’t kill her friend. They hired a lawyer to help fight against the charges. They were close to losing but the lawyer asked if she had any counseling done. Her childhood counselor came and diagnosed her with social anxiety disorder, avoidant personality disorder, and depersonalization disorder.
She was sentenced to a Ward in the Woman Penitentiary. Feeling confused and alone, she started to wonder if she really did murder her best friend. Different doctors tried to get Lenore to open up but she wouldn’t budge. Finally, a doctor got her trust. She was slowly opening up with her father visited often. Then she hit 18, her father wanted to move to Gotham city, but the state made him transfer her to Arkham Asylum. He bought a house and brought everything that he and Lenore had to Gotham city. Setting everything up he left a will in his name for his daughter to keep anything and everything in the house plus all the money in his account, once she was able to get out of Arkham. After everything was settled in his part Chris was killed by a drunk driver. Lenore rode in a van being sent to Gotham city she had never heard the news of her father’s death. Unfortunately, closing up from losing her doctor's trust, is their a doctor to get her to reopen up.
