"The name's Lavinia," She obliged to shaking Katarina's hand and nodded in appreciation when she bought the beverages.
Taking her glass, she took a baby sip and enjoyed the warm feeling that passed down her throat. She glanced behind her to see if she could identify any guests, furrowing her eyebrows when she saw a character wearing clown-esque make up and who's attire was themed on purple and green.
Whatever floats your boat.
"So who's the boss?" She asked Katarina, referring to who owned the place.

"Please to meet you Lavinia." Picking up the glass bringing it to her lips taking a sip of it to see how it was. It was pretty decent bourbon. As she looked over at the two men talking, she knew already who was the owner of this place because she knew that the other wasn't it. "The boss is the gentleman who's dressed in the black suit and holding the umbrella."

The Penguin's ears perked up to the sound of a female voice entering his lounge. He turned to pour on all the charm and grace he could. Which wasn't much, considering. But since he was a well dressed man and had obvious wealth, he figured perhaps certain types could overlook his unfortunate looks.
"Oh, I assure you, the pleasure is all mine miss. But, I would not been opposed to sharing." He leered at her and bowed, making himself even shorter.
He turned back to the Joker to see him activating a blade in his cane with an audible snikt. He smirked inwardly. Amateur. He brought his hands together to look like he was praying almost, umbrella held between them.
"Please, friend, let us not fight. You would not wish to dull your blade on my hide. There are, after all," with this he opened his hands wide, placing the umbrella in his left and pushing a little button. This activated the flamethrower inside the parasol and he drew a small line of fire on the ground before Joker's feet. "lines of decency one mustn't cross upon their first meeting. I feel we could become friends. The clubs hours are 5 PM to 5 AM but if you need me at another time, I think you'll find there's always a door that's open." He followed the line with his foot and put it out. "There's a menu at the bar. I believe there's pizza and of course, anchovies."
He turned his attention back on the woman only to have Joker swoop in and call her kitten. Oh well, it seems he had dibs. She almost melted when he called her his favorite though. Penguin made a mental note and whispered an aside to a henchman that seemed to appear out of nowhere.
"Find out where she lives and send something pretty her way. Jewelry."
Another woman walked in and he turned his hungry gaze to her. His eyes followed her to the bar. Then the first woman spoke to him, asking to get to know him better. He almost shivered with delight at this and watched the first join the second at his bar.
He watched as they seemed to get to know one another. Then he turned to the Joker and nodded.
"If you'll excuse me, I can never refuse a lady." He let out a sharp laugh that was quite close to the sound he had almost made earlier and waddled over to the two woman. His height brought him to about their chest area while they sat at the bar and it was one of the times he would never be sorry for his height.
"Ladies, if there's anything I can do for you, just let me know. My name is Oswald Cobblepot. The band should be showing up a little later and this place should liven up."

"Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Cobblepot. I'm Katarina Williams." Katarina smiled to him as he approached the bar. Picking up her glass again taking another sip of the bourbon as she listened to him tentatively. "It's been awhile since I heard a band perform live. You have a very impressive business here. I've never seen a place as unique as this to be honest but I might be a bit biased. I have a soft spot for birds." Giving him a playful wink. It was true though when she did attend certain fundraisers it was for the endangered bird species.

In an unprecedented moment, Joker's jaw dropped slightly as Penguin revealed the flamethrower in the umbrella, His eyes were alight with almost childlike wonder as he watched the line of fire. He took a step forward and placed his hands on Penguin's shoulders.
"If we were in Connecticut I would marry you right now, good sir. I think we will be best of friends. Thank you for coming to Gotham."
He watched the strange man waddle off, head tilted slightly. He had a feeling that Penguin would come in handy sooner rather than later.
How could someone dislike a man with a flamethrowing umbrella? He'd have to introduce Penguin to Tally Man. The three of them could have a club for people with fun walking accessories.

Olivia had heard talk at work of a new club opening and was quite intrigued. It sounded strange and rather interesting, so she'd decided to go check it out. The last time she'd gone out she'd met Harvey and was hoping that tonight would yield promising results as well.
She had blown most of her last paycheck on a new dress and heels so that she could look halfway decent when going out with Harvey. The dress was strapless, knee length and black, just simple enough for her tastes. It had a sweetheart neckline and tucked in tightly at the waist, flaring out into a semi-full skirt. She wore a black bolero on top of it so her shoulders wouldn't freeze, and finished the look with dark red t-strap heels.
She cast a slightly curious look to the large man standing outside a car in front of the nightclub before entering. She was drawn almost immediately to the large case in the middle and stared in wonder at the penguins.

Lavinia silently nodded in realisation when she recieved an answer to her question. She looked between the crisply suited man and a penguin shuffling around in the centre of the room, noticing some similarities but thinking little of it. She wasn't exactly one to talk when comparing semblances to winged animals. When the owner introduced himself to her and Katarina she smiled graciously.
“Lavinia,” she replied with a tone that matched her tender expression. She couldn't help the cheerful grin that tugged at the corners of her lips when he mentioned a band appearing soon.
She turned to look at the empty dancefloor, "it does look a little bare. What music do they play?" She asked, predicting (or rather hoping) that it was fairly orchestrated. Modern club music wasn't really a genre she was fond of-just for the fact it gave her a headache. Turning back to face the man she noticed his height and...line of vision. Swiftly, she crossed her arms over her chest.

((totally got ninja'd))
The Penguin spoke to Katarina, but his eyes never quite met hers.
"Ah, a lady after my own heart. You have exquisite taste, my dear. In dresses and in wildlife."
Then he turned his attentions to Lavinia. "Oh, I think you'll be fairly pleased with it. For now, let it be a surprise." He tipped her a lecherous wink.
A few more people had shuffled into the new little club and The Penguin glanced around to see who was dropping by. His eyes landed another another gorgeous woman admiring his penguins. The Penguin could barely contain his excitement over how well the night was going. A new business relation(because, to be sure, the reaction he got from the Joker indicated interest) and beautiful ladies all around.
"If you will excuse me, I must tend to other guests but..." He looked at the barkeep, "the next round is on the house ladies." He tried to smile at them but again, his smile is not one to be proud of and he waddled off to the new woman by his lovelies.
He looked her up and down once before speaking. "Admiring the birds?"

Olivia jumped when she was addressed, not having noticed someone walk up to her. "Oh yes, they're rather-" She stopped speaking when she looked up and noticed the man. She looked him over, and then back to the penguins. There was a rather striking resemblance.
Olivia composed herself and smiled warmly at the man. "Yes, they're lovely. How did you manage to get penguins? I thought they were supposed to be...I don't know, not pets." She paused and then held up her hands. "Never mind, don't answer that."
She fiddled somewhat nervously with her clutch, feeling strange and out of place now that her attention wasn't focused on the animals. "So...Do you happen to own the place? You look like a guy that would own a place..." She bit her lip and looked away. Something about him made her rather uncomfortable.
As her gaze drifted, she gasped in shock at the sight of a man clad in a loud tuxedo. "Joker?!" She hissed, hoping to get his attention. "What are you doing here?" Her gaze shifted once more to the bar and she wanted to bang her head against the wall.
"Good lord!" She exclaimed to nobody in particular. "It's like a fucking Arkham reunion in here."

Katarina smiled, "You're too kind. Thank you." Appreciating that the next drink would be on the house. She might have to make it a habit to come here more often. Hiding the chuckle as Lavinia was covering herself up because of Penguin's line of vision. She on the other hand didn't bother to cover up or look distressed but then again Katarina didn't have much to be ashamed about either.
Drinking the remainder of her glass setting it on the counter as the bartender gave her a refill. Hearing the familiar voice of Ollie glancing over her shoulder at the woman who seemed a bit distressed that a few of Arkham's inmates decided to come here to unwind. "It's not a reunion without your man, Harvey, Ollie-kins." Chuckling as she made a joke of the situation. It was amusing to her that no matter where they went some force brought them under one roof and it wasn't even Batman which was the irony of it all.

Harvey dropped the coin into the breast pocket of his suit jacket and motioned to the bodyguard in the front seat. It had just gone 2200 - the perfect time to enter the club. He got out of the car and smoothed down his suit fastening the jacket . Two-Face had been most emphatic about wanting to wear one of the less conservative outfits in their wardrobes. After all, the notorious Harvey Two-Face couldn't do business dressed as an ordinary businessman. Flanked by his bodyguards, Harvey entered the club and made his way to an empty booth, choosing one that allowed him to both keep his back to the wall and sit a perfect angle to scan the rest of the club. His bodyguards took up position at either end of the booth, eyes sharp in their coarse-featured faces.

The Penguin was about to reply to the lady's awkwardly phrased question when his senses suddenly told him there was someone walking in that demanded his attention. He snapped his head up and watched a man in a rather... interesting suit walk in. It didn't clash, like the Joker's but Oswald wondered if there was some sort of new fashion trend out there.
The man walked down and sat at one of the booths near the bar. His bodyguards flanking him. Penguin noticed the signals and politely excused himself from Olivia's company. He made his way over to Harvey, keeping care to still walk like this was his place. It was and no man had a right to demand a meeting with him. He was doing this out of the sheer generosity of his heart. He wasn't scared of the big men twice his size. Or at least, that was his pretense.
He slid into the other side of the booth and nodded. "What can I do for you... gentlemen?"

Joker was liking tonight. He'd found a new victim to harass. He sidled over to Olivia and poked her forehead with the tip of his cane, somewhat disappointed that he'd already reset the tip so that the blade was hidden.
"Hiiii, Olive. You actually look rather delicious tonight. I see why The Harveys like practicing babymaking with you."
He watched Harvey walk in with his bodyguards and tilted his head to the side curiously. Joker figured that Harvey was doing business tonight, but that wouldn't stop him from going over and saying hello. Out of respect, he decided to wait a few minutes. He knocked Olivia's knee with his cane.
"Amuse me. I'm bored."

Olivia looked up to see what had caught the strange man's attention and blinked. Harvey had arrived in style. She wasn't sure how to react to his suit, or his identical body guards, other than to roll her eyes. He was...different, that was for sure.
She glared at Joker when he poked her forehead. "Must you always be such a child? Honestly, you are impossible. And why do you have a cane, other than to annoy me? Last i checked there was nothing wrong with your legs."
She crossed her arms over her chest and gave him a slightly bewildered smile. "Uh, thanks? I appreciate that, I think."
She smacked his arm when he hit her knee. "Quit! I'll freaking talk to you if you stop hitting me with your stupid cane. I feel like you need to be put in timeout or something." She glanced over at Harvey once more. "What do you think he's up to? Other than not saying hello to me, of course."

Harvey shot his cuffs and folded his hands on top of the table, turning his head to fully face the Penguin. His gaze swept over the little man as he sat down, his exposed eye alight with a shrewd and bloodshot glint.
"You're Oswald Cobblepot, I presume." He paused for a long moment, as if in an internal conversation before offering his hand. "I'm Harvey Dent. Better known these days as Two-Face."
He let his gaze move slowly over the room. "This is quite a place you have." He paused again before looking back at the Penguin. "You evidently have a flair for the dramatic. One of us appreciates that."
