The Triads had been disgustingly easy to take down. Several well placed bullets, threats and kidnappings had destroyed the empire in a little over a week. Suzume had taken the top members and reduced them to nothing more than quivering mounds of flesh. She laughed as their blood coated her clothes and bare arms.
Her fellow Yakuza had assisted, but decided to back off once her blood lust became disturbing. They respected and feared her, which was exactly how she wanted it.
The mutilated bodies of the men had been left in various locations around Gotham. One had been left in front of city hall, another in the gym of an elementary school. The body of their leader was left on the stairs in front of the GPD.
When the police went to investigate, they were surprised. The body of the man in front of the GPD was missing something very important: A head.
That part she had saved for a special occasion. Before he had been killed, Suzume had blessed him with something very special to her. He should have felt honored, but instead he had just screamed and flailed. She was disappointed.
The head had been placed inside a duffle bag and taken to Arkham. She'd decided to drop it off personally. The guard had given her an appraising look before promising that he'd see to it that Harvey got it as soon as possible. She thanked him and got back into the car, smiling to herself.
Suzume couldn't wait for his reaction and hoped he wouldn't disappoint her. again.
