Dinner For Two (Matthew)

"I made alot for two people, so I wanted you so have some." Alison didn't want Matthew to feel like it was giving it away to the needy. She hated watching her friends eat unhealthy food, so she tried cooking. They ended up liking it so she made it a hobby. Unfortunately reheating sometimes doesn't make it taste the same but one could enjoy it. She then told him instructions, not that he needed but she just wanted to let him know. "All you have to do is microwave it for 2 minutes."

Matthew gave a small nod at her instructions and looked at the bag. He wondered if she'd want it back. Yes, it was a strange train of thought, but Matthew considered it a completely normal thought line. He didn't ask her, though. That would just be a strange question.

Alison started walking to the door with Matthew. She hated goodbyes. Looking down at her feet she wanted to say something more but she bit her bottom lip. They finally reached the door. She looked back up at him then gave a soft smile. Taking a deep breath, she stepped closer then hugged him, slightly laying her head on his chest. Enjoying the feeling of warmth from him. He was taller then her but she wasn't exactly a short person either. Breaking the hug she opened the door.

"Thanks, again." She spoke softly hoping not to ruin the moment, atleast in her head.

Matthew followed her and hugged her back, more than happy to stay like that until she pulled away. He nodded at her, smiling softly.

"See you around, hopefully... Unless one of us turns invisible..." He mumbled before smiling quite a big smile and leaving. Not happy to be leaving, but deciding that he need to get home anyway. "Thank you for everything." He added, giving a soft wave before turning to walk home.
